Delivery & Returns/Refunds Policy

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours, subject to stock availability.  If you have chosen free collection we will contact you to arrange a convenient time.

We offer free delivery on all UK orders above £100.

All UK orders posted out will be sent first class via Royal Mail.  Overseas items will be tracked and signed for. Our delivery rates are as follows: 

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, the item can be refunded or exchanged, subject to the conditions below. Please contact us at the shop on 01335 300374 or by emailing enquiries@steppingstonesashbourne.co.uk if you have any queries.

Unworn Shoes 

You can return unworn shoes purchased at full price, whether bought in store or online, for either a full refund, exchange or credit note within 28 days of purchase.  The shoes must be undamaged and in the original box. 

Please note that sale items purchased in store can only be returned for an exchange or credit note. Sale items purchased online can be returned for a refund provided you inform us within 14 days of receiving the goods, and then physically return them within a further 14 days.  If you do not inform us within 14 days of receiving the goods, then you may return them within 28 days for either an exchange or credit note.

Proof of purchase is required.  Please note that a refund will not include postage costs.

Defective Merchandise

Any defects in workmanship or materials (excluding wear and tear) are warranted by the manufacturer, and will be exchanged at the manager’s discretion. Please contact us to discuss the defect.
